Founder
An Iranian chef with German origins who has 25 years industry experience, had stints at some of the world’s best restaurants, and held executive positions at many luxury brands.
Prior arriving in the United Arab Emirates in 2010, the 1st Iranian Michelin starred chef, rose steadily up the ranks working in some of the most prestigious hotels and dining establishments in Europe. He earned his 1st Michelin star in 2006 at “Jagdhof Glashütte” Germany, in just eight months as Executive Chef. After this successful story, Mansour moved to Innsbruck, Austria, to open “Der Pavillon” restaurant and shortly headed the 2nd Michelin star to his culinary career garnering 16 Gault Millau Points and “Rising Star of 2008”. He was named the“ Best International Chef” in Austria and his cookbook “Gourmet-Raffinessen” was voted Best Cookbook in the country on the same year.

He joined Burj Al Arab’s signature restaurant, Al Mahara as Chef de Cuisine for over 2 years. Mansour then moved to Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, where he implemented innumerable projects, which led to garnering several recognition and awards for the restaurants during his tenure.

 

In 2013, Mansour moved back to Europe and led the Culinary and Food & Beverage operations during the pre-opening of The Chedi Andermatt, Switzerland. He played a major role in the restaurants’ design, development of new concepts, policies and procedures.
