Nezha studied 2 years French law, then switched her career choice and enrolled in Hospitality School in the third year of her graduation programme.
She started her career in Morocco with a 5-star property of Salam Hotels on 2002 as Rooms Manager & Quality Reviewer for 3 years. Nezha then moved to Dubai and worked with the iconic and the most luxurious 7-star hotel, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah on 2005 as In-Charge of Rooms for 9 years.
In 2014, she began her journey as Hospitality Consultant with The Chedi Andermatt, Switzerland, and managed the family owned restaurant in Austria until 2017.
In the meanwhile, she took a course in Interior Designing in Switzerland prior to the opening of The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah, the first luxury heritage boutique resort in Sharjah, which she later joined for its pre-opening on 2017 to 2021 as Hotel Manager.
